What is RTT therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a profound therapeutic method that helps not only reduce unpleasant symptoms but also identify and fundamentally change their true cause. It is a focused, clear, yet gentle process that helps to understand why certain situations or emotions keep repeating in our lives.

RTT® helps to recognize, understand, and reprogram these inner patterns so that they begin to support us rather than limit us.
Unlike many traditional methods, RTT® focuses on the root cause rather than just alleviating symptoms. As a result, many people experience change quite quickly, often after just a few sessions. Typically, only 1–3 sessions are needed, as the work addresses the core of the problem.
Hypnosis in this process is a natural, safe, and fully controlled state, similar to deep concentration or meditation. The client remains conscious, can speak, hear, and stop the process at any time. It is a collaborative process where the individual maintains inner control.

The RTT® training program is accredited by international organizations such as the General Hypnotherapy Register, the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists, the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, and the International Hypnosis Federation, and the method is now applied worldwide.
It is important to note that RTT® is not a medical or psychiatric intervention and does not replace the care of a doctor or psychiatrist. For serious mental health issues, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before starting therapy.
